Evan’s fitness journey began in high school, where he first discovered weight training. What started as a class soon became a lifelong passion that led him into the career he has today. Throughout his journey, Evan has experienced firsthand the transformative benefits of consistent training and proper nutrition — and most importantly, he has learned to love the process.

Evan specializes in strength training, boxing, and weight-loss conditioning. Whether the goal is building muscle, creating a well-defined physique, or improving cardiovascular endurance, he utilizes these proven training styles to deliver impactful results. His own success with these methods inspired him to focus his expertise on helping others achieve similar breakthroughs in their fitness.
