They have something for everyone...serious weights, good cardio, mats for abs/stretching/etc., sauna, one stop shop for protein powders/bars/etc. The staff is friendly and helpful and I've met some really cool people working out here. Not pretentious, just serious fitness. Marcus has been my trainer and he's been dynamite. We met and discussed my goals and then he gave me a detailed training plan and diet. A few months later I told him I wanted to get super lean and cut so we changed up the program and I saw amazing results.
