Personal Trainer

Nathan graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a B.S. in Kinesiology and is a certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. He specializes in prehabilitation and rehabilitation, helping athletes improve performance through proper warm-ups, lifting techniques, and injury-prevention strategies.

He also works with clients recovering from injuries, rebuilding their strength and confidence in weightlifting. Whether the goal is building muscle, losing weight, powerlifting, athletic training, or bodybuilding, Nathan provides the guidance and structure needed to achieve lasting results.
